Delivery, terms and transport
The contracting of any service or product implies consent for your personal data to be provided to the transport company with which you deal at all times "Blenom".
Delivery is not made by appointment (however, the carrier reserves the right to call you to make an appointment for delivery.) Therefore, we recommend that you choose the delivery point based on your availability.
DELIVERY IS MADE ON THE STREET.
Only for products from 50kg. You can hire an additional special delivery service in the room of your choice. This service has an additional cost and has to be confirmed the same day of the purchase to make a good management.
The risk of loss and/or damage or DELAY in the transfer of the contracted merchandise transmits the Responsibility to the Carrier company.
All expenses derived from the international shipment of the product, such as customs expenses, will be fully assumed by the Client.
It is an essential condition that at the time of receipt of the merchandise, any incident that may exist regarding the state of the merchandise, that of the packaging, number of packages or any other information that could be indicative of anomalies in the shipment. It is essential that "Blenom" be notified by fax or email of said incident within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the material, in order to be able to act if necessary.
The expected delivery times are between 15 and 20 working days and are merely informative, not being binding for "Blenom"; Unless expressly agreed in writing with “Blenom”. All products are made to order and by hand. The Client will not have the right to request the cancellation of an order or any compensation, including the return of postage, in the event that there is a delay in the delivery of the product, due to circumstances beyond the control of "Blenom". The Client may not refuse to pay the price of the products already delivered when "Blenom" partially supplies an order.
